💭 Reflection on Today’s Verse

Anxiety is a heavy burden. Sometimes it sneaks in through little worries, other times it storms in with fear, doubt, or uncertainty. But today, God gives us a clear, gentle invitation:


 

Give it to Me.
Let Me carry what is crushing you.
Why? Because I care.

This verse reminds us that we are not alone. God is intimately involved in our lives—He sees every stress, every fear, and every tear. When we release our anxiety into His hands, we make room for His peace, provision, and protection.

🙏 Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for caring about every part of my life. I lay my anxieties at Your feet and ask for Your comfort and strength today. Help me to trust You fully, even when I don’t understand. Let Your peace take over where my worries used to live.
Amen.
